Return Policy

Eligibility 

  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it 
  • To complete your return, we require your order number and the email used to make the purchase.
  • If an item is refunded, the same price that was paid at the time of the order will be applied (the sale price – if applicable).

Refunds 

For all items in the decor category:

  • Upon contacting us we will notify you of any options. These may include 1 or more of the following: 
    • A replacement product be shipped out to you & you keep the original product
    • A replacement product is shipped out & the old one must be shipped back
    • Product is shipped back & a refund is issued
    • Product does not need to be shipped & a refund is issued

For all items in the Art category:

We do not offer returns if the shipment details were incorrect, the wrong color/size was chosen, or you simply do not like the product. No product can be exchanged or returned since all designs are custom printed. 

  • The following options will be given with any product in this category: 
    • If any issues arise due to manufacturing, printing errors, etc, a replacement product can be shipped out to you & you will keep the original product
    • If the issue arises again in the replacement product, a refund will be issued & you will also keep the replacement.

For all items:

If you are approved for a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days  please do the following:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at team@edullo.com.

Shipping

  • When applicable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • When applicable, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
