- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it
- To complete your return, we require your order number and the email used to make the purchase.
- If an item is refunded, the same price that was paid at the time of the order will be applied (the sale price – if applicable).

For all items in the decor category:
- Upon contacting us we will notify you of any options. These may include 1 or more of the following:
- A replacement product be shipped out to you & you keep the original product
- A replacement product is shipped out & the old one must be shipped back
- Product is shipped back & a refund is issued
- Product does not need to be shipped & a refund is issued
For all items in the Art category:
We do not offer returns if the shipment details were incorrect, the wrong color/size was chosen, or you simply do not like the product. No product can be exchanged or returned since all designs are custom printed.
- The following options will be given with any product in this category:
- If any issues arise due to manufacturing, printing errors, etc, a replacement product can be shipped out to you & you will keep the original product
- If the issue arises again in the replacement product, a refund will be issued & you will also keep the replacement.
For all items:
If you are approved for a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days please do the following:
- Check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When applicable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- When applicable, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
